HOA lawsuit question?

This may seem like a bitter or stupid question to most but basically I wrote an email to my HOA and complained how security recently is out if control. They're abusing their power and being rude to the residents. Upon receiving a reply from a high ranking member VIA email about the issue saying we will take this serious and look into it asap. Upon fully examining the email I noticed it was firwarded frim another HOA employee and she forwarded the message to him "this one like fun" basically meaning this guy sounds like a whiny bitchy resident have fun with his complaint eric. That's what I got out of it anyways. Can I sue the HOA or her directly for that comment which pissed me off? Isn't it slander or deformation or w/e its called. If not does it break any laws at it all or is it rude and get over it and leave it at that?

When giving 2 weeks notice, what should I say if my employer asks why?

A polite way to put it is, "I have found a better opportunity." There's no need to go into any additional detail, you literally just need to indicate on paper that you are putting in your two weeks notice. Only say as much as your are comfortable sharing and let them know of any issues you had as an employee during your exit interview. This will help make things better for your soon to be former coworkers.

What is the main job for a real estate title company?

I bought a real estate and there was a lien on it. we close escrow and now i find out that the lien has not been paid in full. I want to know who is responsible for this mess. I thought title company get paid to make sure you are buying a title free lien? Can somebody explain me whom do I have to go after? The lien was a HOA from the previous owner and the property was a short sale. The HOA demand was $3001 late fee. so we paid them but now the HOA is coming back and asking for attorneys' fee so they could remove the lien. I title or escrow or the HOA is the one in fault. Please let me know. Thanks

You simply put in the lease that any and all additional occupants must be LL approved. This way, if she moves anyone else in and they cause issues, you have grounds for eviction.
