Why dont the liberals do something about the texas homeowners associations?

the hoas are the biggest oppressive organizations that exist.the people has got control of the kkk and stopped racist oppression.the gays have got there rights.but the hard working american,that pays his taxes and mortgage,still gets bullied around by the hoas and has to get permission to make and moves on his or her property.
