How would you read this? Korean Hangul?

I know how to read them normally, but this one Hangul is too perplexing and i can't decode it without my doubts... so can anyone answer me which symbol i read after the consonant "H"? 봐 do i read it as "Hao" By going from the consonant to the "A" to the "O" sounds or "Hoa" by reading it like Consonant then the underlying "O" and finally "A"
