I have a slam dunk failure to disclose on a home. Fire conseled. RE SHOULD have known. Damage. What can I ask?

R.E. was hired by HOA to dump problem house for owner. Owner had construction company. Claimed fire on Insurance..repaired himself/wife/brother..then sold it to me (duck) with help of R.E. buddy. 7 yrs later, 2 electrical explosions almost KILLED repair man and one electrical fire..area in master closet burned above wires and sparking plugs. My homeowners refuse to help..I just retained attorney. What should he do for me..I'm packing for storage so..if house blows..my special items will be safe. Should I ask the attorney to make my insurance to find another place for me? What can I expect from a case like mine?
