Advice with birthday money? ?

Ok so my birthday was just last week and I got €105. I wanna get a new fone cause mines broken and barely usable :P The one I want is €80 :) Should I spend my money on that and have €25 left? Or leave it cause its handy to have money.. Its not a waste though cause Id use it everyday and i love it :) Just whats your opinion? :)
