I'm tired of being sad over this guy, should i drop him?

Well theres this guy I've been messing wiith for maybe a year. I've only had a bf/gf relationship once and it lasted two days. So he is supposed to be my bestfriend/FWB(friend with benifits) and he keeps doing stuff to make me sad(e.g. when we're on the fone-even if he calls-we'er talkin for two minutes a time before he says "let me call you back."). So I told him how I felt and he said he's sorry for making me feel like that and he loves me. Nowadays I dont say it back, and he gets mad, but i just dont believe he loves me anymore. The Most Recent: he told me, he will call me back. So when i went to go see him i told him dont touch me my body will call him back and that only lasted 30 minutes before i melted in his hands.he has a girlfriend and didn't tell me! Im Not mad because he has on Im Mad Cause he didnt tell me, i wud mess with him any way but i feel like he was trying to be sneaky with it. i feel he only talks to me to get in my pants since this girl he been trying to talk to finally started to talk.
