Can someone help with wording and punctuation for this email please? I'm horrible at this stuff.?

Both Shane and I were unable to locate the address at Villas Las Palmas, 1902 E Benito Lane. According to Google Maps, this address does not exist. I had Shane goes as far as to go to the HOA, and still no luck on finding the address.
