Ex bf problems he confuses me! Does he like me or Not?

mkay well my ex and me still talk and when we tx its all perfect and everything and on the last day of school june'2 we kissed good bye more then 10 time:D iReeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeealy love this doode alot but when we text sometime he acts like he don't care and half the time when i text him he doesn't text back and when he does text me either tell me how much he loves me or acts like i dont mean **** to him...i just don't know what to do!! when we're on the fone he makes fun of me and then right before we hang up says he loves me...i really Do Love him! hmm What Should i do?How do i Make him Lovee me?...or Does he already? someeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee'oneeeeeeeeeeeeee… plssssz help comment answer pls tell me if loves me or even likes me at all
