Should I let a stripper rent my home?

you can make the lease state no parties or she has to abide by the HOA rules and any infraction will be grounds for eviction. Make her put a HUGE security deposit, if she screws up, like we all think she will then evict her without refunding the deposit. Then again there might be some benefits to having her rent the house, think about that.
