My HOA is not letting me park in front of the house, how can i go about suing them?

i would start by talking to other homeowners, where do they park their second car. after that, see if you can't get a number of them to join you in meeting with the governing committee. if there are enough of you, or if many homeowners keep moving out because of restrictions placed on them by the hoa they may be willing to consider changing that rule
