Ok... CAN SOME ONE ON THIS PLANET EARTH HELP ME WITH THIS DAMN QUESTION!?

OK this wtf i need.. i bought this newphone and idk wat it's called it jxt says Samsung Seek.. ok it has mp3 and .. i bought this MicroSD card n put my fone's memory in it plugged it into my computer.. n I Don't know where to go from there so PLEASE can someone help me i looked ALL online it all i see is Blah blah so please show me how to put music on my phone?!
