My evil neighbor lady is gone, how should I celebrate?

this lady came into our nice little neighborhood and immediately disrepected neighbors with her dogs, junk everywhere and many other issues. She was turned into HOA several times and they finally forced her out in 6 months...She was a renter and the rest of us are homeowners....I love HOA!
