Why isn't she made? I need a girls point of view ?

It turns out I broke his nose but the weird part was she was only mad at me for a day saying she dosent want to talk to me anymore. But the next day she called me and apologized wanted me to come over so I did I was expecting her to start yelling or something but she was happy I'm just confused
