How do i turn it on?!?!?

Ok I left my cell phone ( SCH-R451c Samsung Trac-fone ) in the rain and it's now all dry but only one key does not work! And ITS THE POWER BUTTON!! It will charge and turn on when chargeing but not so i can mess with it! I once took it off the charger and it Auto tunred on and then i turned it off not knowing it would not turn back on and when i went to turn it on i would'nt! Its fully charged and wont turn on! I was wondering if there is a way to turn the phone on without pressing to power button or if not is there a possible way to fix it?
