Anybody know of a Home owners association court case?

/i need a citation for a HOA court case that involves either statute of limitations, breach of contract, or penalty/liquidated damages. I need a case citation so i can put that into lexis nexis to fin similar cases.Anybody know of any Home owner association citations or parties?
