Buying a condo in miami to rent?

First off I doubt that you will be able to charge $850 per month on a $50k apartment, then you have to deal with people that do not pay their rent or take care of the place and you will have months where the unit is vacant. Its not as simple as it looks but can be a good deal if handled right and you screen your renters closely. Good Luck
