Do I qualify for a VA home loan?

I have been enlisted in the national guard for about a year now. I went to basic combat training and AIT for 5 months. I am still in the National Guard. Do I qualify? Also, I start a job next week that only pays 11.27 an hour. The town house we are looking to buy is 80,000 with HOA fees of 150 per month. My credit is good. When could I qualify, and for how much will I qualify with a VA loan? Thank you
