Has anyone in had problems with Continental HOA?

Has anyone in Miami had any problems with Continetal Group Inc. Home Owners Association? How did you deal with it? I have been waiting approval from the association since April 7th. The only time I was able to make contact they told me I would have an answer by last Friday. Since then no one answers the phone, voicemails, or emails. What should I do?
